Delivery times from 48hrs

Royal Sports Kit is committed to providing an exceptional service and all items in stock without personalisation will be delivered within the time frames set out. All items in stock will be delivered quickly, however if personalisation is required or in items are not in stock, then Royal will inform you of any possible delays past the 4 week period. These ensure clients receive their personalised kits within a reasonable time frame. Our in stock football kits can be delivered within a couple of days, providing no personalisation is required. Delays however may at times be unavoidable due to circumstances out of our control. However, if we are unable to meet the agreed delivery time when you place your order you are able to cancel provided no personalisation has been carried out.

Damaged / Incorrect sizes & shortages

Royal are an internet based company and all orders should be sent or confirmed by email to ensure the brand, style, color, size and personalisation are all correct. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customers risk. Royal will endeavour to complete the order to the customers specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Items with personalisation are non-returnable. We never recommend sizes for garments even where some manufacturers state recommended ages/sizes. You will appreciate that all children are not the same size. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.

All products that have not been personalised may be returned in the condition they were received, for inspection by our returns department prior to any action being taken and must be received within 14 days of receipt thereof with all original labels and packaging intact, as they were originally supplied to yourselves. We are then able to return the goods to the manufacture for future re sale. Damage caused by customer wear or use, however minor will not be exchanged or refunded.

Royal rely on the customer to order the correct size and quantity and confirm in writing. If the specified size/quantity is supplied, Royal will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product. Please call customer services within 48 hours of receipt of order. All costs, including restocking charge, incurred against incorrectly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Royal should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order of any shortages or errors with an order.

Customer Samples

All samples supplied by Royalsportskit.com are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges) provided the following is adhered to;

1. All samples to be returned within 14 days.
2. All samples to be returned in their original condition.
3. All samples to be returned with all tags and packaging complete.
4. All samples to be returned in a saleable condition.

Digital Printing

We will use our best endeavours to obtain the closest possible match to files/artwork submitted to Royal however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color of the finished print.
Any file/artwork submitted to Royal that you have supplied which requires exact pantone colors will be printed as near as the printing process allows.

Please be aware due to the heat application of digital printing to the garment shade variants may occur when printing on to different color garments.

Royal accept no liability in the finished digital color print.

Cancellation of Orders

We are a UK discount retailer and as such have to charge £15.00 for returned goods to cover our administration charges on all items that are agreed by us for return. No personalised good will be accepted for return.

When returning an item please include details of the reason for return, including, a copy of the original sales receipt.

There is strictly a no returns policy on clearance items.

Customers must contact Royal Sports Kit prior to returning an item to be advised of the returns policy.

Conditions of Sale

Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from Royal are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with quality then Royal reserve the right to return the item to the factory for inspection before deciding on relevant action.

We reserve the right not to accept any order until full payment has been made by the customer either by cheque where payment will be deemed to have been made when a cheque has been received and funds cleared to our bank account or by a credit card when payment has been successfully authorised by the credit card company. The company will then accept that a contract has occurred and we will endeavor to meet all agreed delivery schedules. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions out of our control by third party suppliers.
Royal Sports Kit reserves the right to cancel your order at any time and return your payment in full.
